Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Terms

• 14+ days before check-in: Full refund of deposit, minus a processing fee.
• 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund of deposit.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. Deposit is forfeited.
• No-shows: No refund will be issued for no-show reservations.

Cabin & Lodge Reservations

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin or lodge reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Specific deposit amounts will be communicated during the reservation process and vary by accommodation type and duration of stay.

RV & Camping Reservations

RV sites and tent camping reservations follow the same cancellation timeline above. For extended stays (7+ nights), modified cancellation terms may apply — please confirm at the time of booking.

Group & Event Bookings

Weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and other group bookings may have custom cancellation terms due to the scale of preparation involved. These terms will be outlined in your event contract. Please contact us for details.

Modifications & Date Changes

We'll do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to request a modification. Date changes made fewer than 7 days before the original check-in date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Weather & Force Majeure

Alpine Lakes Lodge is not responsible for cancellations or shortened stays due to weather, road closures, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended for all guests. In exceptional circumstances, we will work with guests to find a reasonable resolution.
