By accessing and using the Alpine Lakes Lodge website (alpinelakeslodge.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Alpine Lakes Lodge provides lodging accommodations including lakefront cabins, a 14-person log lodge, RV sites with electric and water hookups, and tent camping on our 54-acre private property in Easton, Washington. Our website offers information about our property, accommodations, activities, and events, as well as contact and reservation functionality.

3. Reservations and Bookings

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Alpine Lakes Lodge.
• A valid form of payment may be required to secure a reservation. Specific payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.
• All guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Check-in and check-out times, minimum stay requirements, and other booking details will be provided upon confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. We encourage all guests to review these terms before making a reservation. Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made relative to the check-in date.

5. Property Rules and Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to:

• Treat the property, accommodations, and natural surroundings with respect
• Follow posted quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Supervise children at all times, especially near lakes and water features
• Properly dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas
• Refrain from harassing, feeding, or disturbing farm animals or wildlife beyond designated interaction areas
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy of their reserved accommodation
• Keep pets leashed at all times (if pets are permitted for your accommodation type — please confirm pet policy at time of booking)
• Not bring firearms, fireworks, or illegal substances onto the property

Alpine Lakes Lodge reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if conduct is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or in violation of these rules.

6. Assumption of Risk

Alpine Lakes Lodge is a natural outdoor environment. Activities including fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, and interactions with farm animals involve inherent risks. By using our property and participating in activities, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their minor children.

7. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Lakes Lodge, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the property, accommodations, or activities. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of belongings, or acts of nature.

8. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage to accommodations, furnishings, equipment, or common areas caused by themselves or members of their party during their stay. Alpine Lakes Lodge reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Alpine Lakes Lodge and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Website Accuracy

We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, pricing, availability, amenities, and seasonal operations are subject to change without notice. Photos are representative of the property and may not reflect current conditions or recent updates.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Staylist for online booking, Google Maps for directions). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Alpine Lakes Lodge is not responsible for third-party service content or practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kittitas County, Washington.
